Subscriptions

Watch ($12/mo) and Guard ($29/mo) can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Money-back

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the first charge if the monitoring did not run or was materially unavailable. Email hello@rowlocked.com with your receipt.

One-off fix packs

Digital fix-prompt packs are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law.

Shipping policy (digital goods)

RowLocked sells digital services only. There is no physical shipping. Access is provisioned to your account email immediately after successful payment.
